ReadWriteThink is a website supported by the International Literacy Association and the National Council of Teacher of English. The Resources section of the website includes a wide variety of interactives which can be filtered by grade level, type and saving capability. While the website is tied to Language Arts, there are plenty of tools that could be used in any classroom. We've highlighted two of the best superpower programs below.
How to Navigate to resources
Printing Press is a newspaper generator and more supported by the National Council of Teachers of English. You can also generate brochures, flyers and posters. Each option gives you a variety of templates to choose from and you are able to upload photos. Students may save their work as a draft and continue working on it later. Upon its completion, students may directly email the finished project or save it as a PDF file.
The Trading Card Creator allows you to choose from preset categories, or create your own, and list information and upload one picture about a topic.
