Compatibility: web-based
Description
Tackk is an easy option for presentations that allows you to embed text, photos, videos, audio, maps, links, buttons, and forms. Change color and pattern themes to spice up your presentation. Teachers can create an invite code to share with students, allowing students to post their own work without creating an account (although students can certainly create their own accounts as well). Tackk's interface is extremely user-friendly - it hardly takes any time at all to get comfortable using this tool.
fEATURES
COLLECTING STUDENT WORK: Teachers can create a unique tag for their class. When students enter the tag onto their tackk board, all tackks will appear under the same search result. Click on a picture to enlarge.
ACCOUNTS OR INVITE CODES: Students can create their own tackk boards and publish them in one of two ways:
- Students create their own account and publish under their username. To help the teacher find her students' tacck boards, she can create a unique tag and ask students to add the tag to their board under settings (see picture below).
- Students can create a tackk board without logging in. They can come back to it later using the unique web address assigned to it. After clicking publish, they can enter an invite code provided by the teacher. (The teacher creates the invite code under her account settings.)
